Bio: Hugh
Like most Washingtonians, Hugh is not a native. Originally from North Dakota, Hugh came to DC as a trial attorney at the FTC, and then as chief of staff to a US Senator. After 14 years of Federal service he left to begin his real estate career starting as an agent with an exceptional Capitol Hill firm, Houses on the Hill. Eight years later, Hugh founded his own firm, 'Hugh Kelly Real Estate Brokerage', which was among the first in DC to utilize computerized real estate marketing. At one time, the firm had 15 agents. In the early 90's Hugh's firm joined Prudential Preferred Properties when it opened its Capitol Hill office. Hugh joined Pardoe Real Estate at the beginning of 1996. Now Coldwell Banker, the firm occupies a commanding position in the Washington, DC, market. Hugh is an urban specialist - he believes in the viability of the city as a place to live and work. For 30+ years, all of his business has been conducted within the the unique and wonderful neighborhoods of the District of Columbia. Hugh is an attorney (Columbia Law School) on inactive status with the DC Bar. He is licensed as an Associate Broker by the District of Columbia.

Gary Jankowski began his real estate career with Hugh Kelly in early 2002. Gary couples his extensive background in marketing and sales in the hospitality (Swissotel Boston, U.S. Grant Hotel - San Diego, Campton Place Hotel - San Fransisco, Norwich Inn & Spa - Norwich, CT), airline (Air France & US Airways) and telecom (Nextel) industries with his comprehensive hands-on knowledge of the wonderful neighborhoods of the District of Columbia to see that our buyers and sellers receive unsurpassed service. Born and raised in Norwich, Connecticut, Gary's undergraduate and graduate studies at Boston College included an academic year in Paris. He is fluent in French and conversant in Spanish and Italian. Gary resides on Capitol Hill with his 2 wire-hair dachshunds, Nico and Leah.
